Office of the Registrar

The Registrar’s Office maintains student academic records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The office also processes graduation applications, credit for prior learning and transcript evaluations from other institutions. Student transcripts include coursework completed through ϳԹ and are not tied to a specific campus.

Request a Transcript

Official transcripts cost $10 per copy. To ensure timely processing and delivery of your transcript, please make your request through the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic delivery and overnight or special mailing options are available online.

Before you order: Review your unofficial transcript in Archer Connect, formerly known as Banner Self-Service. You can also print your unofficial transcript from Archer Connect.

If you prefer to request your transcript in person, you may visit a cashier’s office and pay by cash or check. Overnight and special mailing options are not available for in-person requests. 

Important Transcript Dates

  • Spring 2026 grades will appear on transcripts on May 19, 2026, at 1 p.m.
  • Spring 2026 degrees will appear on transcripts by June 5, 2026, at 1 p.m.
